"Shortly after I began to work with Jodie, we found a place that seemed to check all of my boxes. Although I came close to getting the home, I was unable to compete with cash. I was heartbroken and wanted to give up. I didn't think I could find a place I could afford. Jodie stayed upbeat and showed genuine care for how I was feeling. Her encouragement and strength really got me through some challenging weeks. When I did find my future home, Jodie was already getting information on how much the home was really worth and what we should offer that would be fair and reasonable. The homeowner's representative was new and was not familiar with important aspects of closing a home. Jodie worked with him to teach him even though she did not need to. I felt so confident in Jodie's expertise, that when the homeowner initially refused my offer, she told me they would come back. 2 days later that is exactly what happened and I got my home for what I wanted to spend. Since moving in, Jodie has continued to show me such kindness. She has remembered me at Thanksgiving and Christmas with wonderful little gifts. In the Fall, I was stressing out about having someone come and clean the leaves and needles off my roof. She and her son came out and cleaned it for me. They also helped clean my front yard for free. I was blown away by her generosity. She takes customer service to the next level. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will not just be another number to her. You will be a friend."

"When our property management company called to let us know that the owner of our rental was planning on selling, Jodie was my first call. She was able to get the ball rolling immediately. She put us in contact with a perfect lender and got us looking for at homes in no time at all. We were able to find a home, very approved and moved into our brand new home within 45 days. She walked us through every step of the way and fought for us throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of what to do and what not to do helped us get where we needed to be with miniscule stress and now we're where we airways wanted to be."
